[Preview] Watercolor Tutorial by Ze-RoFruits [Preview] Watercolor Tutorial by Ze-RoFruits
Do you remember my poll? [link]

To keep everyone up to date: Yes, I will make a watercolor tutorial - you wanted it, you'll get it! (soon)

Question: Would you prefer a classic tutorial format (long ass picture) or something different?
I wanted to do it with flashy slides (if anyone knows a good tutorial, link me!) - so which format would you prefer?

I can't wait for it !
And as for the format, a long ass picture is easier to save, but maybe one with flashy sides is faster to do ? I don't really know, I can't really help you on this one :/

I don't know either xD
The good thing about flash is that you can put more information in it without making the viewer scrolling more. And if you add a navigation, you'll also be able to find specific parts of the tutorial much better. Plus, it's more interactive xD

I personally love the long picture tutorial. All the fancy flash stuff is pretty but very annoying for practical purposes.

With that said, this is a gorgeous preview! I will definitely look forward to the tutorial ^^

Well, if you save them on your hard drive, flash isn't the best solution. But I really like the opportunity to navigate through a tutorial made in flash - it's much more comfortable in my opinion @.@

Well if you are up to learning lots of stuff about flash then that format would be looooots cooler and better ;)
but 'retro long ass picture' is still cool!
Especially with tutorial like this! Can;t wait!@3@ :la:

your water color is always amazing what do you use pencil, pen, or charcoal, or do you use the dry watercolor pencils for your lines?
(btw it is hard not to :iconfavbombplz: your work, so hard!)

longass pictures are so retro but everyone loves them. they're easier to store on you hard drive, swf is still a bitch to many people. and i think it's better to scroll up and down if you forget something and it's easier to re-read and comprehend it fully. just a personal view though. flash is well... too flashy!
the whole thing depends on what people love more... scrolling or clicking. i prefer scrolling.

That's true. Though I prefer flashy slides xDD They are more stylish and clean imho OTL If there's a good navigation, things will be easier to find as well (then you don't need to scroll that much @.@)

I'll probably do both - it's not that I'm not busy enough already *laughs*

I'm more comfortable with the long tutorial format, but other than that you can choose whichever you like.

I'll be looking forward to your watercolor one :3 (Will you be doing tutorials on any of the others from the poll as well?)

Both are excellent formats, though one can lead to a better cohesion than the other. It all depends somewhat on the kinds of photos you use to detail your process. Um...my advice would be to block out both and see which one flows better. ^_^ Good luck, hun! I'm sure it'll be beautiful no matter what!
